The programme aims to help address barriers to healthy eating by letting people experience unfamiliar foods and by providing new ideas in relation to more familiar items.

Social inclusion issues are also addressed by enabling people to experience and engage with foods and food related issues that, for primarily economic reasons, they find it difficult to engage with.
